Wines Tasted:
2014 Chardonnay – almost no smell, very peppery and dry
2014 Pinot Gris – It was on tap. Fairly dry with an earthy, vegetable taste.
2014 Texas Rosé – acidic, grapefruit/lemon, no tail. If you drink it a long enough time it develops a honey taste at the end.
2014 Viognier – grassy smell, kind of burns. The taste lingers a long time, and it tastes of sulfites.
2014 Symphony – A Lodi varietal, though I forgot what that means. Lots of floral smell. The best of this group, but not great compared to what we like.

From the wine list, we knew none of these were going to be sweet but we did a tasting anyway for educational purposes. Interestingly, all 5 of these wines were the same pale yellow color.
